The following terms and conditions apply whenever you visit our league, attend our games or participate in any of our activities. To learn about your rights and obligations, please carefully read these:
1. Responsibility of Visitors
While we ensure that games and events are exciting and safe, Krush Boxing League cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage to your property. Furthermore, it is encouraged that any visitor should always secure his/her property.
2. Recognition of Fighters Boxers
Accept the risks associated with boxing through competing in professional bouts, engaging in sparring or training under Krush Boxing League. This includes among other things, simple injuries, skin injury, hematomas and even, the unlikely possibility of major injuries. All incidents that occur during games or training sessions including fatal ones are not in any way the fault of the Krush Boxing League or its officials. It is suggested that the fighters ensure that they have personal insurance and that they engage fully aware of these risks.
3. Procedures for Event Safety
The safety of all participants and guests is always our number one priority. But in occurrences, there can be some other factors which are beyond the control. By going, you agree that Krush Boxing League is in no way responsible for such occurrences.
